baby clothes

Well first we found out how hard it is to take care of a baby when were both sick. He definately doesnt stop moving..he is so active we cant keep up. He is hooked on his Russian pacifier(they are more round on the tip instead of flat). Every night I read in our baby book about what he should be eating, when to get rid of pacifier and all the milestones. Sometimes it can be very overwhelming. We are going to try some baby food today out of the jar. He has mainly been eating porage and he drinks tea. We have been sneaking in Apple and Pear juice for some vitamins. He seems to like it. At this point we know he hates their milk. Its nonpasteurized and sugar free.
People have been asking about his size for clothes. Right now he fits into 9 month perfectly. We think he will be more like 12 month by the time we get home. He is a very good eater and growing fast.
Well, were eager to get home. We only have 1 1/2 wks left...well miss Brody but it will be nice to come home.

I have got this figured out now. I have been enjoying looking at all the pictures and comments. First thing I do every morning. He looks like a little doll. We love those smiles. Can't wait for everyone to get home safe. Don't worry I'm already shopping.

I love his little smile. They have been giving him TEA!! What the heck. What baby drinks tea. Yeah, once Brody gets to America he is going to enjoy the good stuff and drink good milk. Has little Brody have any teeth yet? Watch out when he does. :) He is adorable. See ya soon Mama and Papa Jones. hehe!!

The kid looks like a snot factory, can't you wipe the little fellas face before you snap the pics? I think he has longer side burns then me...

You have to see his first pair of Jordan's.

Oh suck it up Tige! LOL But yeah, I can't believe the whole tea thing. Is it at least decaf? That might explain the not sitting still thing... I imagine you are ready for America. It won't take him long to get rid of the binkie. Pear juice? :-P

Hey Guys!!
Telly!!! Only a brother would say that haha. Brody is SO CUTE with drool and all. That is what babies do, Telly--they drool.....
Don't think about the binky, if it comfort him then that is great. The way I think of it is that you don't see anyone walking down the aisle on their wedding day with a binky?? HAHA
We love Brody's smile...Can't wait to meet him. We miss you all... Thanks for the clothing size.
Love, Jason, Robin, Tommy and Matthew

Don't worry about the pacifier. Just wean gradually. Andrew was still using it to fall asleep until 1 1/2. You'll find you do what ever it takes for sleep!! Do you know how he sleeps at night?? Hope you two feel better.

Hi Lisa and Tige You guys are doing a great job with baby Brody. Hope you are feeling better today. Handy wipes are scarce there, no juice, no goodies no ice cream. I'm only kidding!! Baby looks great. Again his smile is wonderful. Does he take naps during the day? Can he say anything like ma ma or dad dad yet? Keep working at it.. Kira has a whole list of toys to get him for christmas.. Take care love mom and dad

I love reading what you guys are sharing with us, and I also love reading what others are saying. I have to agree with Mama and Papa Jones when they say TEA???? I've never heard of a baby drinking tea. What the heck? As for the juices your trying to give him that's great, but pear juice? What about orange juice or grape juice. Pear juice sounds just as bad as prune juice. I also love Telly's comment about the snotty nose.
Telly, you've got to get use to snotty noses, drool, and all that other fun and sticky stuff if your going to be an uncle. Heck, I spilled a cup of soda on your lap during a four hour flight and you survived, not happy about it but you survived. I just hope Tige has a better flight back with the baby than we did.
Love,
Christine
ps YES Telly I still owe you a new pair of boxers.

Hi Lisa and Tige! I love the ruffles outfit!! That's a keeper! You guys may be a little sick, but you look so happy together! He is really adorable and active you say. Can't wait for him to meet Sara Jean. Thanks for the size, now we can get shopping. Want you to know we are thinking of you guys evryday!

I don't think that you want him getting hiped up on tea...all that sugar and caffeine!! You will never get any sleep and he will have rotten teeth when they come in. He can drink milk when he turns a year old...formula until then...

Yes isn't it wonderful to be sick with a baby. Conner is really on the move these days. He is pulling up and crawls everywhere!!! We got him his first pair of shoes this weekend. He looks so cute in them and he actually doesn't mind wearing them.

Can't wait until the guys get to play together. See you soon
